- 100% refund if cancelled > 72 hours prior.
- 50% refund if cancelled 48–72 hours prior.
- No refund within 48 hours (before event check-in).

1) Check-in / Check-out
Murbad Night Camp: 6 Dec, 4:00 PM → 7 Dec, 10:00 AM.
OTR + Breakfast: 14 Dec, 6:00 AM onwards.
Christmas Camp (Malshej): 24 Dec, 4:00 PM onwards.
2) Food & Water
Dinner (BBQ) + breakfast included at night camps. OTR run includes breakfast. Carry your personal water bottle; refills provided.
3) Facilities
Private campsite, dome tents, common washrooms, lighting around camp, power backup for basic charging.
4) What to Bring
Govt ID, warm layer, cap, flashlight/headlamp, personal meds & toiletries, power bank (optional).
5) Pet Policy
Pets are welcome 🐾 Please keep a leash handy and clean up after your pet. Dedicated pet zone will be provided.
6) Safety & Recovery
Trail4WD team carries basic first-aid and recovery gear. Follow marshal instructions during OTR. Participation is voluntary.
7) Cancellation & Transfers
100% refund > 72 hrs before event; 50% refund 48–72 hrs; within 48 hrs non-refundable. You may transfer your slot—WhatsApp us to update name.
8) Location/GPS
Exact GPS pin and WhatsApp group link are shared post-booking for coordination and updates.
